Full-Bird, Cajun Spiced Turkey
This Louisiana tradition is not for the timid!
Again, selecting only the youngest and most tender big-breasted
hens, we pump our turkeys full of Louisiana Cajun seasonings
made exclusively for Logan Farms. These Logan Farms Cajun
Turkeys are then slow-roasted, sealing all the juices and
Cajun spices on the inside. A great Cajun delicacy! ...C'est
Bon... and full of bite!
Approximately 10-11 lbs. (8-9
dinner servings)
Fully cooked, bone-in. Thaw first . Double
wrap in foil to preserve the moisture. Warm 1 - 1 1/2 hours
in a 325 degree oven.
