Spiral-Sliced, Honey Glazed Ham
Our luscious, fully cooked Logan Farms Honey Glazed
Hams are hickory smoked, spiral sliced and baked with a thick and rich honey & spice glaze - a
table-ready, gourmet ham that makes any occasion truly special. Logan Farms has one
of the leanest (90% fat free), low-salt, smoked hams on the market today! We select only the
finest hams, then carefully trim and slowly dry cure them with a special low-salt (30% less
salt) recipe. Each ham is then spiral-sliced around the bone to give you ready-to-serve,
uniform slices. The finishing touch? Our own mouth-watering recipe of honey & spices,
baked to a hard candy shell over the top of the ham. Sold in half and whole ham sizes, best
served at room temperature.

The Logan Farms Spiral-Sliced, Honey Glazed Turkey
Breast is so unique that it has been awarded a U.S. Patent (Patent # RE 35,374)! Our boneless
turkey breast consists of only the breast meat of young, tender turkeys. The special slicing
method spirally slices the turkey breast from top to bottom while leaving a small central
core of meat, keeping the turkey breast intact - a beautiful presentation for the dinner table
and one you cannot find anywhere but Logan Farms. We roast our turkey breasts to perfection and
then top them with the same crunchy, mouth-watering glaze as our ham. At 98% fat free and also low
in salt, this fully cooked gourmet meat is an obvious choice for the health conscious consumer
who does not want to sacrifice taste. Best served at room temperature.

cut Filet Mignon is a Logan Farms favorite as
well. This thick and beautiful cut of succulent,
USDA inspected corn-fed beef tenderloin is aged
to perfection, hand-trimmed and individually
sealed for freshness. Makes a great gift for
the beef lover and can be kept in the freezer
until ready to prepare. Simply grill to your

Smoked Pork Shoulder
This
melt-in-your-mouth boneless Smoked Pork Shoulder

It is a slow-cooked Southern Tradition and a
favorite of the Logan Farms Family. This fully-cooked
delicacy is especially easy to prepare. Just
warm slowly in your oven for that simmering,
old fashioned flavor of the south. This versatile
selection makes a wonderful roast to serve at

the popular "Memphis Pulled Pork Sandwich"
made popular in Elvis country. All you need
is a bun and some southern-style Cole slaw -

St. Louis Style Pork Ribs
This
rib is known by its signature cut. The "fatty"
top half of the pork rib rack is trimmed so you
get all meat! After hand-trimming in the
St. Louis style, our super-thick pork ribs are dry-rubbed
with a proprietary blend of spices and then oh-so-slowly
roasted over hickory logs. We think you will find
the Logan version of the St. Louis Style Pork Rib
tender, lean, juicy and full of flavor! BBQ sauce
is optional for this one! Rib lovers, grab your
