Serving Instructions

Serving – Make sure your turkey is in a thawed state, then double wrap it in foil to preserve moisture. Place it inside a pre-heated, 325-degree oven, and warm for approximately 1.5-2 hours (approx. 10 minutes per pound). Remove and let rest before carving. DO NOT OVERCOOK… The turkey is already fully cooked; overheating or cooking will dry it out and make it tough and tasteless.

Carving – Begin carving your turkey from the breast to separate the white meat, then move on to the legs and drumsticks for the dark meat.  Here is a helpful video on turkey carving we like.

Shelf Life

If the turkeys are unopened (the vacuum seal is intact), they will last about 60 days in a refrigerated state, and up to a year in a frozen state.  If there are any breaks in the seal, this time will be compromised.
