Honey Glazed Ham – Spiral Sliced

Our fully cooked Logan Farms Honey Glazed Hams are hickory smoked, spiral sliced and baked with a thick and rich honey & spice glaze – a table-ready, gourmet ham that makes any occasion truly special. Logan Farms has one of the lowest-salt, smoked hams on the market today! We select only the finest hams, then carefully trim and slowly dry cure them with a special low-salt (30% less salt) recipe. Each ham is then spiral-sliced around the bone to give you ready-to-serve, uniform slices. The finishing touch? Our own mouth-watering recipe of honey & spices, baked to a hard candy shell over the top of the ham. Sold in half and whole ham sizes, best served at room temperature.

Serving Suggestions: Serve at room temperature. We do not recommend heating. If you have leftovers, they may be frozen for up to forty-five days.

We wanted to improve on an already incredible product; our signature honey glazed boneless ham. This ham, like our bone-in ham, is a natural product, which is gluten and filler free. It boasts a ‘whole muscle’, natural juice preparation that has not been altered or re-shaped in any way. This is a far cry from those tube shaped, reformed boneless hams, which contain parts from different places on the ham. This beauty contains zero waste, so there is no bone, rind, or excessive fat to deal with.

Our new boneless ham performs effortlessly at the dinner table, or on a stellar sandwich, with its ease of serving and crunchy honey glaze. We’ve even taken the liberty of preslicing it for you. The conveniently small size even makes it appropriate for any time of the year, not just holidays. You will always be proud to serve this one-of-a-kind boneless ham, whatever the occasion. Our new turkey breasts are the natural breasts of tender young turkeys. We pre-slice these turkey breasts for a beautiful presentation at the dinner table. Oven roasting our turkey breasts to perfection and then topping them with the same crunchy, mouth-watering glaze as our ham is the final step in preparation. At 98% fat-free and also low in salt, this fully cooked gourmet meat is an obvious choice for the health-conscious consumer who does not want to sacrifice taste. Best served at room temperature.

Again, selecting only the youngest and most tender big-breasted hens, we pump our turkeys full of Louisiana Cajun seasonings made exclusively for Logan Farms. St. Louis Style Pork Ribs

This rib is known by its signature cut. The “fatty” top half of the pork rib rack is trimmed so you get all meat! After hand-trimming in the St. Louis style, our super-thick pork ribs are dry-rubbed with a proprietary blend of spices and then oh-so-slowly roasted over hickory logs. We think you will find the Logan version of the St. Louis Style Pork Rib tender, lean, juicy and full of flavor! BBQ sauce is optional for this one! Rib lovers, grab your napkins!
