Serving – Remove plastic, double wrap in foil, and warm in a 325-degree oven for about 15 minutes per pound. Tip: pour a little of your favorite sauce inside foil wrapping to preserve moisture and enhance flavor.
Carving – If the briskets are unopened (the vacuum seal is intact), they will last about 60 days in a refrigerated state, and up to a year in a frozen state. If there are any breaks in the seal, this time will be compromised.
